Returns & Exchanges

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund.

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached.

Damaged items

Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and sort it out right away. We personally check every item before it is posted out, so there shouldn't be any issues, but occasionally something will slip through. If you're not 100% happy please contact us via email and we'll get it sorted for you. 

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such sale items. Items purchased on sale are final, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (you are responsible for any costs incurred for postage of exchange items), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.  

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (minus costs we incurred for postage). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund to your account.
